Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Query tracking data, ranking history, and visibility scores associated with your account are retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 90 days of account closure.

Monitor is based in the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms where required under applicable law.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
